The Refugee Center Online is offering two online courses on Educating Refugee and Immigrant Children.  One is a free version and can be taken for those who are interested in learning more about teaching refugees, however this free version does not offer the CEUs.  The paid version is $45 and is more comprehensive and can be submitted to your district for CEUs.  If you're not in need of this, feel free to pass this along to teachers and principals.  Click here to be taken to the courses:
